We recommend you to monitor and control constantly the progress and state of the development process. For that purpose we will provide you with regular project progress reports and intermediary releases of your program, and will take into account your comments and suggestions. Tight communication allows our development team to gather feedback about our work and make timely adjustments to your project, ensuring that the final product meets your requirements perfectly.
We agree that all of the confidential information remains the sole and exclusive property of yours, and neither Contek Soft nor its executives and employees may use it for any purpose other than the purposes of your project.
We, at Contek Soft, are proud to support the software programs that we develop. Usually, we provide our clients with a free support for quite a long period to eliminate any possible problem. On the top of it we have many cost efficient support plans that will provide you with peace of mind while using the system.
Upon receipt of the final payment, Contek Soft assigns and transfers to the customer all rights to the results of its work, including software program itself, source codes, compiled codes, database design, documentation, and other materials. The assigned rights include using and copying the program or its components, selling, licensing or distributing the program, translating, adapting or modifying the program, etc. The service and the resulting software program is considered as work «made for hire». At the same time, Contek Soft retains all rights to its components of the software program, which Contek Soft developed independently of the project. In this case, Contek Soft grants the customer a non-exclusive right and license to use these components for the purpose of using the software program.
